- Financial statements (SEC-required by raise size): up to $124k officer-certified; $124k-$618k CPA-reviewed; first-time issuers up to $1.235M reviewed; above $1.235M audited.
- Legal + filing/escrow: Form C prep, escrow agent, and counsel — a few thousand dollars in most cases.
