The three accredited-investor tests
- Income: over $200,000 (individual) or $300,000 (with spouse) in each of the last two years, expecting the same this year.
- Net worth: over $1,000,000, excluding your primary residence.
- License: a Series 7, 65, or 82 in good standing.
