We’re a highly regulated company in a highly regulated field. We risk the business if we make a mistake that crosses regulatory lines. Like the dozens of law firms that you’ve read about being chastised for bad filings, bogus case law etc, we were very apprehensive about how much we could leverage AI in our work helping businesses get capital while avoiding mistakes. We built what is becoming known as a harness. That’s a great metaphor because while you can ride a bare backed horse, you’ll be safer and more effective with that horse in a harness with a bridle, stirrups, yoke etc. The harness we built we call E3AI. E3AI stands for Ethics, Empathy, and Experience bounded AI<\/strong>. It\u2019s the constraint layer that wraps a frontier model so the output sounds like you, refuses what you would refuse, and only says what your sources can back. Three boundaries, all coequal, all enforced at runtime. The model receives a prompt that has been geometrically bounded by all three before it ever starts generating.
